The regulation of the talent development is often based on the consideration of immediate success. Indeed there are a lot of conceptions for talent development aiming on the individual advancement of the talents, but benchmarked by the compossibility to declare future top performances. In contents of business economics this factors are termed as “Performance Drivers”. An integrative and additive analysis of training science and business economic/controlling based on the current state of research shows a lot of similarities. This analogy forces an integrative and interdisciplinary approach by developing a Talent Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
